Quantum Pale Ale

This Pale is another "NW Pale Ale" from Ninkasi. This beer is more in line with the traditional style. A touch of caramel flavor and clean malt flavor balance the floral and earthy hop flavor and aroma which differenciates us from most of the citrusy NW Pales in the market. Balance is the key word again in this local favorite.
Imperiale Stout

Strong, dark and brooding, Imperial Stouts were originally crafted by the British to survive the long journey to Russia through rain, sleet, and snow. Full bodied and surprisingly smooth, Imperiale Stout has a big roast hit up front, and rich, dark malt flavors balanced by ample hop bitterness.

Critical Hit Barley Wine - 2010

In the Ninkasi tradition, this Barley Wine is hopped to high heaven. Critical Hit has a rich malty expression but the 11 varieties of hops linger on the palate. Two-hundred and twenty pounds of hops were used to make only 17 barrels of beer! Its high gravity nature warms the cheeks and soul. Pull out your 20-sided die — Critical Hit does double damage so you might have to roll versus save if you take this ale for granted.
Little One

In the age old tradition of brewing Barley Wines, we brew two big mashes and take only the first runnings to make Critical Hit. We then sparge the grains to make a second beer (historically referred to as a Small Beer) to create the Little One. This beer is a drinkable 5.7% alcohol that has much of the rich malt flavor of its bigger relative but not the bite. Little One is mildly bittered with 100% German Haulertauer hops and is also dry hopped to maximize the lovely aroma.
Sterling Pils

Sterling Pils is a German-style Pilsner brewed with North American ingredients — including Sterling hops from Washington, Premium Pilsner malt from Montana and Idaho and some of the best brewing water in the world from the Pacific Northwest.
Mason's Irish-Style Red Ale
