- The tasting room is closed for the following holidays: 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Our new tasting room and outdoor patio is now open. The hours of the tasting room is 12:00 to 9:00 Sunday through Wednesday, and 12:00 to 10:00 Thursday through Saturday. Our Tasting room has all of our great tasting year around beer, our seasonal selection and sometimes we have our limited specialty releases on tap. We do have sample trays available or you can just purchase a pint of beer and enjoy. Minors are allowed inside the tasting room and on the patio until 8:00 but they must be accompanied by an adult. We are not a brew pub but we do have a limited menu, we have large soft dough brewery pretzels, pastys, and soup. Come by and join us for a pint of your favorite Ninkasi Beer.

Food
Tasting room food is all local! Pasties are made by Cousin Jack’s, soft pretzels are baked by Hideaway Bakery and the soups prepared by Market of Choice. For even more local food, check out the patio for rotating food carts!
